The Dining Room

The Crew

Anna Guzman
Director
Anna is a Paraprofessional at Morning Star School in Jacksonville, spending her days in a Kindergarten classroom, free of restriction from all things imaginative. She gives her best
efforts every day to assist Mary Amodeo, one of the best teachers she's ever come to know. Mary has reminded her of the importance of playing. She dedicates this show to Mary and
to her wonderful friends and teachers. She's eternally grateful to RCP for giving her a space to play, to create, to make new friends, and to bring her visions to life.

VaRonica Spangler
Assistant Director
and as Agent, Emily, Peggy
VaRonica fell in love with the theater her junior year in high school when she played the wicked witch for the Wizard of Oz. Shehas enjoyed performing with the River City Players over the last two years. Her biggest per-formance, though, is daily as an educator. She would like to thank her husband for his incredible support and understanding. And
most of all, her Lord Jesus for the ability He's given her to act up.

Tamar Radandt Larsen
Stage Manager
Tamar is new to the RCP family this year. This is her 3rd show helping backstage but her first as stage manager. She has a deep
appreciation for creative collaboration and enjoys being part of a process that brings
stories to life. Tamar loves being a Mom and Grammy, learning new things, watching true crime shows, painting, and relaxing with
coffee by the beach. She's
grateful to be part of this experience, and a very special thanks to Anna for giving her this exciting opportunity.

Gaye Esperson
Production Manager
Once again Gaye is involved with another show! After seeing it done by A Classic Theater in St. Augustine, she has hoped it would be performed at RCP. She loves the variety of scenes and characters and how the scenes intertwine. However, the show she saw was staged very differently than the one being done here and it took a while for her to warm
up to Anna's creativeness. She was delighted when the perfect table appeared as a gift to
RCP by Morgan Fose. She hopes you enoy the show as much as she does.
The Cast

Kevin Sharbaugh
playing: Father, architect, Stuart, Gordon, Jim, host
Kevin has been involved with community theater since 2016 as an actor and a director in a number of plays in the local area. He is the
current Chair of the Board of Trustees for RCP and a practicing attorney with Douglas Law Firm. He credits what acting skills he may possess to his father, a Baptist preacher. Kevin himself is a Unitarian who enjoys singing with the First Presbyterian Choir of Pal-
atka on Sunday mornings.

Ann Van Gieson
playing: old lady, Annie
This is Ann's sixth play with River City Players and she's very happy to be back! The last play that she did was "Francine's Will". Ann has
also been on television and in the movies. She is originally from New York. She has lived in Florida for almost ten years now and is loving it!

Andrena (Andy) is excited to be part of this play and has loved every moment! The
youngest of four children, she's full of energy and always ready for a creative adventure - especially anything involving arts, crafts, or imagination. She enjoys spending time with
friends, being helpful, and finding joy in the little things. Her biggest inspiration is her
mom, who's always there with a smile (and snacks). Andy hopes you enjoy the show as much as she has!

Jupiter Barnette

This is Jupiter's first show stepping fully onstage with a speaking role as they are usually found backstage during shows. However you
may recognize them from Gilligan's Island as the Quicksand Monster last year.

Courtney Johnson
playing: Mother, Grace, Beth, Kate
What a joy to bring this show to life with such a talented cast! Past adventures on stage include The Mousetrap, Flaming Idiots, and The Cemetery Club, each one adding a new layer
to my love of theater (and occasionally my ability to keep a straight face on stage). The biggest thanks goes to my incredible family
for their endless love, laughter, and support.
Whether it's late-night line runs, quick dinners between rehearsals, or cheering me on from the audience, you are my favorite crew.

Breonna Creighton
playing: one of the children, Helen
Breonna is a fun-loving and adventurous spirit who enjoys spending time with her friends and exploring new experiences. When she's
not swimming or playing video games, you can find her enjoying a good meal or hanging out with her fur babies. Her easygoing nature
makes her a great friend and she always knows how to make the most of life's simple
pleasures. Whether it's trying out a new game or just relaxing with friends, and is so excited to be apart of this experience.

Corey Purcell

Corey Purcell is thrilled to be back on the River City Players stage! He was last seen tapping his foot as William Barfee in "The 25th
Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee". A proud
Palatka native, Corey has been involved in local theater since high school, with one of his favorite roles being Charlie Bucket in "Willy Wonka". He sends a huge thank you to the
RCP for this opportunity, and to his wonderful family and friends for their unwavering support. He hopes you enjoy "The Dining Room"!

Marty is a familiar face at the Larimer having been in numerous productions. His acting career began with the Limelight Theatre in St.
Augustine. After taking an acting course there, he was asked to fill a needed role in an upcoming play. He has also performed with the Flagler Playhouse. He hopes you enjoy "The Dining Room".

Annie Svetlik
playing: Aunt Harriet, Bertha
This is a first for her: being part of a show from beginning through the actual performances. RCP is such a great group of people. This is not only her acting debut but also her first time in setting a proper table with bone china, and Waterford and
Stafforshire crystal! One is never to old to learn new things! She thanks her son Nik for practicing the lines with her.

Noah Ogg
playing: Howard, Nick, Tony, David
Raised in Keystone Heights Florida, Noah joined his high school drama club in 7th
grade and achieved club president his senior year. After graduating high school he attended Florida School of the Arts where he grad-
uated with his A.S. in theatre. His favorite role was Jeff in the play "Lobby Hero" which
he performed at Florida School of the Arts. Noah is excited to be acting again in "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"
this past summer and now with his roles in "The Dining Room".

Joel Clark
playing: Client, Paul, psychiatrist, Fred, Standish
Joel is thrilled to be making his theatrical debut! A Miami native, Joel has always held
a special place in his heart for the stage ever since his high school drama class sparked a lifelong dream. At 41, he is delighted to finally step under the lights and fulfill that long-held ambi-tion. He is deeply grateful to the cast and crew for this incredible opportunity and to his family and friends for their unwavering support. Enjoy the show!

Emmalyn Vinson
playing: Lizzie, one of the children
Emmeline is a 6th grader that has recently found her love for theater. She was previ-
ously cast as Nigel/Nigella in Matilda and The Dining Room will be her second play. She is thrilled to be given an opportunity to perform with such a great cast at River City Players. It
has been an amazing experience!
